Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that there is no common room in our school for spending the leisure and off periods. In the absence of a common room the students loiter here and there. So we are in need of a common room in our school. We shall be able to make proper use of our leisure periods by reading newspapers and playing different indoor games in the common room. It will refresh our minds.
We, therefore request you to kindly take necessary steps to set up a common room in our school.
