Dear Sir,

We, the students of your school beg most respectfully to state that we are keenly interested in debate. But there is no debating club in our school. So, we are deprived of enjoying the facilities of a debating club. Now we want to set up a debating club in our school. Debating club is very helpful for developing the skills of speaking. It will also help us to become good orators in future. Our English teacher has kindly consented to guide us in this respect.

We, Therefore request you to take necessary steps to set up a debating club in our school.
