Dear sir,
We, the student of your school beg most respectfully to state that the sun shines very hotly at present. It grows quite unbearable at mid-day. We sweat badly at that time. So, it is very difficult for us to remain in our classes from 11am to 4pm. We cannot pay attention to our studies due to extreme heat. We would feel comfortable if our classes are held in the morning.
We, therefore, request you to take proper steps for holding our classes in the morning.
